Cheshire Toddler’s Photo Shoot

I photographed a 15 month old little boy a couple of weeks ago at his home in Cheshire.  Karen and Paul had been meaning to have some photos taken for ages and then they remembered me – a friend of a friend!  The little boy is gorgeous and here are some pictures of him having fun.

Photographs of Stretford Boys

A while ago I photographed Dee’s two lovely boys in Stretford as a present for their dad.  I haven’t photographed that many teenagers but this 13 year old boy was a joy to photograph, not at all self conscious and as you can see from the images, very photogenic.  His 7 year old brother was also great – at the age where he likes to mess about – I think the photos show his mischievous nature.

Here are some of the photographs from the photo shoot with a variety of different poses of the two boys together.  One of these images is going to be made into a large canvas – I can’t wait to see which one Dee chooses.

Didsbury Toddler Twins Second Photo Shoot

I recently went to photograph Katrina and Joe’s twins for the second time in their home in West Didsbury.  The last time I photographed them the twins were almost one and just learning to walk – this time just four months later they are completely mobile and have really grown.  At the photo shoot the little boy was upset by something and cried for a lot of the time  The little girl however was a real poser and had a fabulous time being the centre of attention.  It was quite a relief to see that despite the tears there were some lovely photos of both the children (and their parents!)

Toddler Photographs in Whalley Range

I photographed Julie and Mike’s 19 month old little boy at a photo shoot at their home in Whalley Range.  He loved jumping and the family shots of him ‘leaping’ off a cushion (2 inches from the ground) worked very well.  When he started getting tired he put his thumb in his mouth and that made for some even more cute photos.

Children’s Photographs in Stretford

Claire and Shane asked me to photograph their two little girls recently.  I used to work with them at UMIST (University of Manchester) before I left to take up photography. It was lovely to see them again and catch up with some news about old colleagues.

They have two gorgeous little girls.  It was quite exciting to hear that one of the photos will be going all the way to Shane’s family in New Zealand.  International fame!

Northenden Baby Photography

I recently photographed Cath’s little girl at their home in Northenden.  This is the baby’s third photo shoot and I’ve photographed her big brother a few times as well.  Since I last visited their home they have had a fabulous cellar conversion (the building of which was featured on a television programme for Sky).  It made a great space for the photo shoot.

Photographs of Didsbury Twins

Here are Janice and Bill’s gorgeous twins now that they have reached the age of one. The gorgeous little boy and girl had their MMR jabs the day before the photo shoot so we had our fingers crossed that it wouldn’t make them too grumpy.  They were fine and actually played really well while I took their photos.

This was the third and final photo shoot from their Baby’s First Year Voucher.  They’ve changed so much since their first photographs back in April.

Heaton Moor Baby Cousin Photographs

Sisters, Sarah and Hannah, had the third and final photo shoot for their babies a couple of weeks ago.  They each had a Baby’s First Year Voucher entitling them to three photo shoots of their baby boys.  At this photo shoot they also brought along their mum and their sister Charlotte for some family portraits.

The baby cousins love having their family there and as you can see from the photos they were great in front of the camera.

I photographed Jane, Neil and their three children at their home in Chorlton a couple of weeks ago.  Over a year ago Jane won the first prize in my free prize draw and I photographed her little boy and girl.  Now they’ve got another baby and Jane asked me back to photograph the whole family.

Here are some photographs from the photo shoot of Helen’s two children.  I have photographed them before – the family have moved around and the first photo shoot was in Didsbury, Manchester, the second was in Wilmslow, Cheshire and this, the third one was in Rivington, near Horwich in Lancashire.  Both children had a lot of fun at the photo shoot.  My favourite bit was when the little girl was trying to put her welly boots on – quite a task for a two year old!
