These photos look like they might be the same child. But no, actually they are a brother, his two sisters plus a cousin! There is a year or so between each one and I photographed them when they were each about the same age. There is absolutely no doubt they are related!
The children’s grandparents were visiting so Jane thought it would be a fantastic opportunity to get some photographs of the whole family. We decided to take them in the garden as it was such a lovely sunny day. This is the third time I’ve photographed Jane’s family – there is an extra child each time!
The kids, age 6, 4, 2 and 1 (one boy and his three little sisters) helpfully posed for the more formal family shots and then they played while I took some lovely pictures of them doing their own thing.

Happy family photograph!
Claire’s friend bought her a Photography Voucher as a gift for the christening of her third daughter. I went to the families house in Hale, Cheshire to photograph the sisters and had a great time. The children were very lively and I was delighted that I managed to get a few shots of all three of them together. Here are some of the photographs:

It’s always lovely to return to photograph a family. I have photographed Hannah and Ed’s first baby boy (now age 2) three times – she had a Baby’s First Year Voucher for a gift. Now they have a new addition to the family and another Baby’s First Year Voucher! They invited me to their home in Heaton Moor to take some pictures of the latest little one.

Baby’s First Year Vouchers cost £99 for three photo shoots – they include a free large photograph with each photo shoot. They make a great gift for friends or family with a newborn baby.
I photographed Gina’s two children, a boy and a girl age 6 and 5. Gina wanted a big picture of them for her kitchen wall.
This was a fun photo shoot – the little girl really enjoyed it and loved posing for the camera. The little boy also had fun, messing around and entertaining his little sister.

A while ago I photographed Dee’s two lovely boys in Stretford as a present for their dad. I haven’t photographed that many teenagers but this 13 year old boy was a joy to photograph, not at all self conscious and as you can see from the images, very photogenic. His 7 year old brother was also great – at the age where he likes to mess about – I think the photos show his mischievous nature.
Here are some of the photographs from the photo shoot with a variety of different poses of the two boys together. One of these images is going to be made into a large canvas – I can’t wait to see which one Dee chooses.

I photographed Julie and Mike’s 19 month old little boy at a photo shoot at their home in Whalley Range. He loved jumping and the family shots of him ‘leaping’ off a cushion (2 inches from the ground) worked very well. When he started getting tired he put his thumb in his mouth and that made for some even more cute photos.

Claire and Shane asked me to photograph their two little girls recently. I used to work with them at UMIST (University of Manchester) before I left to take up photography. It was lovely to see them again and catch up with some news about old colleagues.
They have two gorgeous little girls. It was quite exciting to hear that one of the photos will be going all the way to Shane’s family in New Zealand. International fame!

I recently photographed Cath’s little girl at their home in Northenden. This is the baby’s third photo shoot and I’ve photographed her big brother a few times as well. Since I last visited their home they have had a fabulous cellar conversion (the building of which was featured on a television programme for Sky). It made a great space for the photo shoot.

Here are Janice and Bill’s gorgeous twins now that they have reached the age of one. The gorgeous little boy and girl had their MMR jabs the day before the photo shoot so we had our fingers crossed that it wouldn’t make them too grumpy. They were fine and actually played really well while I took their photos.
This was the third and final photo shoot from their Baby’s First Year Voucher. They’ve changed so much since their first photographs back in April.
